Dorothy M. Bollinger, 98, of Natrona Heights, died Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Good Samaritan Hospice, Winfield Township, after a lengthy illness. She was the widow of Lawrence E. Bollinger, who died in 1987. They were married 60 years and spent all of their married life in Natrona Heights. She was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Wilbert McCurdy and Elizabeth Nauman. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Natrona Heights. She was a member of the Springdale Chapter of Order of Eastern Star No. 453, enjoyed playing cards and was in many card clubs. She enjoyed watching the Steelers and Lawrence Welk. Survivors include her daughter, Janet Hunter, of Natrona Heights; two grandchildren, which she adored, Jennifer Hunter and Jeffrey Hunter (fiancee, Amy Pate). She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Elizabeth (Nauman) McCurdy; four brothers, Archie, Charles, Glenn and Robert; and sister, Wilda Elliott Richey.
